 A balanced life does not happen on its own; It seems way too easy to spend our time pleasing others, while feeling depleted ourselves. Quality Relationships

“It’s easier to teach technical skills, then to teach others to lead or get along” More difficult is the ability to Lead While simultaneously creating positive relationships. If led by a depleting executive, it adds to the already low self-esteem in others. The most desired quality that organisations seek in their Executives is the ability to Motivate and Inspire those they lead, effectively increasing their self-esteem and self-worth. This in turn creates a response of loyalty, collaboration, and optimal performance. Coaching develops the necessary muscle to be a Motivational leader at work, in the community and at home. Mindfulness

 Leaders who are at Choice in their response to others and situations, are effective.  We are at choice when our brain is trained, when we understand our reactions are coming from self, not the other or the apparent stimulus.  When the brain is not trained, it defaults towards producing Anxiety and Fear during our most challenging moments. And in those moments, we are modelling to others the acceptable type of reaction and leadership style we will accept from them; whether they be colleagues, our children or mates. Effective leaders respond from Choice, and model a capable energy to others. With a mindful practice we become self ‘Aware’ of how we are showing up and impacting others. A mindful practice supports the Executive in becoming familiar with being self-observant, so their energy ifs fully available to focus on solutions….instead of wasting valuable energy spinning with anxiety and fear.
